Anybody know the best things to do/see in Bouillon, other than the Castle, and has anybody stayed at the Hotel de la Poste, if so views on this Hotel would be appreciated.

Further away, you have the Euro Space Center at Transinne and the Grottes de Han (caves).

The woods around Bouillon are great for mountain biking! My son recently stayed at the Panorama hotel and found it great value for money. The hotel is especially known for its good cuisine.
