Shops in Antwerp selling mum-to-be and baby clothes

we are going for a short trip to Antwerp with Eurostar and since I am pregnant i%26#39;d like to shop some maternity clothes and a few baby clothes.

i would be grateful for recommendations, websites etc of mother - baby - pregnancy shops or departments that have a section in central Antwerp?

Be aware that you are not going to find as good value as in the UK, so it will be a matter of finding different stuff from what you could get there. Residents of Belgium went to the UK for better value in clothing even before the exchange rate was what it is now.

You will find Belgian (French?) chain Premaman at Simonsstraat 28, off Pelikaanstraat, see www.premaman.com/wapr/en/shop_result.jsp… for access plan.

Other possibilities are Noppies (www.noppies.com) at Huidevettersstraat 18, just off Meir; Maternity (no website that I know of) at Korte Gasthuisstraat 29, a couple of blocks from Meir - same level as Jodenstraat - and Fragile (www.fragile.be) at Kammenstraat 84, not far from there: continue down Korte Gasthuisstraat and take 2nd turning on the right, which is Oudaan, where this peters out the street on the right is Kammenstraat. Also Mamandeluxe

at Volkstraat 35.

i was hoping for better value as everyone i spoke to who has been said it%26#39;s very cheap to shop there (but then maternity clothes are so expensive everywhere)

maybe i%26#39;ll limit it to a small outfit for bubba..
