Hi everybody.
Can you tell me if there is more than one train station in Brussels?. I will be taking a taxi from the airport to connect with a train to Bruges. Can somebody give me the name of the train station please.
Thanks in advance.

There are at least half a dozen train stations in Brussels, but the 3 main ones are all in a row on the same line and you don%26#39;t have to take a taxi from the airport as the airport train serves Bruxelles-Nord, Bruxelles-Central and Bruxelles-Midi in that order. The Brugge train starts at Nord, passes through Central and calls at Midi on the way out of Brussels, so you can in fact catch this train at any of them.
If you do want to use a taxi, it would be best to go to Nord, but if you take the airport train, it would be best to change at Central, where you have a chance of finding the Brugge train using the same platform as you arrive on from the airport (and if not, it is the smallest station of the 3 so easiest to change at).
So you know what you are looking for, Brugge trains have as final destination either Oostende or Knokke/Blankenberge, at the coast.
