Brussels Rush-hour morning traffic

I%26#39;m travelling to Brussels for an apointment.

I will be staying in Ganshoren and need to arrive in Woluwe-St-Pierre (rue Kelle) by 9am. I will be driving and it will be a weekday morning.

What kind of time should I allow for this drive given that it will be rushhour traffic.

Also is it better to go through the centre of Brussels at this time of the morning or would I be better to drive on the outer ringroad?

traffic is terrible coming in to BXL in the morning and is somewhat unpredictable. WSP is in town so for at least part you have no choice.

I would take the ring and then ead into town through the inner ring (tunnels) and allow an hour and a half. You mu=ight be forty minutes early but you probably wont be late.
