For cigarettes at least, I would imagine all the newsagents and also the GB supermarket, which is near the platform 1 (Eurostar) end of the station: facing the rue de France exit, take the next-to-last %26quot;corridor%26quot; on your right, I think there is a beauty shop (Planète Parfum?) on the corner where you have to turn right.
There could well be cigarette machines elsewhere as well, e.g. in the various pubs and cafés.
