The details are on CRL airport%26#39;s website. The cheapest is by local TEC bus (A or 68) to Charleroi-Sud station and train to Brussels, for which you can buy a special combined ticket for €11 from a booth inside the airport terminal; this is certainly the best deal if you want to continue by train (including to e.g. Gare centrale in Brussels). However, the shuttle coach, which goes to Brussels%26#39; Gare du Midi, only costs €2 more and takes you direct from airport to city.
