Please recommend a budget hotel in Ghent

Could I please have your recommendations for a budget hotel or bed and breakfast in Ghent? Under 75 euros is preferred. A basic place is fine, but I%26#39;d like a place centrally located with convenient access to the train station. Thanks.

As it is some way from the station to the centre, if you want to stay really near the station, you would be a tram ride away from anything you might want to actually do or see.
