Hi all
Need some advice re: travelling from Brugge to Paris. We%26#39;ll be making this trip from Brugge to Paris in December 09. However, I can%26#39;t seem to find any Thalys timing in the early afternoon. The trains seem to leave only either at 6am or 5pm.
Any sugg how we can reach Paris before sundown (approx 4pm Paris time?)
Thanks!

I don%26#39;t know what website you are looking at, Thalys trains leave Brussels for Paris every half-hour! The 6 a.m. train from Brugge is a direct Thalys, but these are few and far between, at other times you have to change in Brussels: just because you (will) have a ticket from Brugge (ABS) to Paris does not mean you have to take a direct train!
If you look at http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/bin/query.exe/en you will see that you can leave Brugge at 13:31 and arrive at Paris-Nord at 16:05, with 1 change at Bruxelles-Midi. Note that you won%26#39;t have assigned seats on the Brugge-Brussels IC train, as it isn%26#39;t possible to reserve on domestic trains.

Hi qaminari
Thanks for your response! I was trying to use Thalys%26#39; website to make some bookings. The options available to me are only the 6am and 5pm ones. I wonder what have I done wrongly!
In any case the info you have provided is extremely useful! I didn%26#39;t know that Thalys trains leave Brussels for Paris every half hour! That would be most useful for planning our trip!
Thanks again. :)
