Charleroi to Lille ?

Hello All,

Am I right in thinking that the bus transfer from Charleroi to Lille is gone ? If it is then am I right in thinking that my only option is to get the train from Charleroi to Lille ? If this is my only option then how easy is it to do ? Many thanks for any help.

http://www.b-rail.be/main/E/ - check your connections on this Belgian railways website, trains from Charleroi to Lille are direct, run approx every hour, journey time about 1.5 hours.

Bus from the airport will take you to the railway station in Charleroi.Check the airport%26#39;s website.

Here is the timetable, turn left out of the Airport and walk down a few yards to pick up the bus they run every 30 mins take 18 mins to Charleroi sud and cost 2.50 euros single.

Actually frequency of the bus depends on the time of the day just check the timetable.

Monday to Friday buses run each half an hour regardless of the time of the day. On the weekends, i.e. Saturday/Sunday, they run every hour.

The weekend schedule is on the last two pages of the above timetable.
