Thought I%26#39;d share the short video clip of the %26quot;Belgian%26quot; way of eating mussels (as my Belgian friend Luc demonstrates), as I%26#39;m sure everyone here will be eating those delicacies at some point during your trip.
Note that you don%26#39;t HAVE to eat mussels this way, but it%26#39;s quite a cool technique. So...

Never seen mussels eaten like that before. I%26#39;ll have to try it!!! Much less messy than my way!
